End User License Agreement
Effective date: October 14, 2026
This agreement covers use of Command Center and other websites that Coastal AI LLC ("Coastal AI", "we") builds for its clients. By signing in or connecting a system such as QuickBooks Online, you agree to it on behalf of yourself and the company you work for ("the client").
1. Your company's agreement comes first
Each client has a signed agreement with Coastal AI. If that agreement and this page differ, the client's signed agreement controls.
2. What you may do
You may use the website for the client's own internal business while the client's service is active. You may not resell it, share sign in details, try to get around its security, or use it to break the law.
3. What the website does and does not do
The website reads data the client connects, such as QuickBooks Online, and shows reports, checks and alerts. It is read only. It never pays or schedules a payment, moves money, changes or stores bank account details, changes anything in QuickBooks, or files anything with a government agency. Nothing is emailed outside the client unless a person clicks Send.
4. Figures and explanations
Every figure is calculated by our software from the client's own records and shows where it came from. Some screens include short explanations written by artificial intelligence; they are labeled as such. The reports support decisions; they are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and the client's bookkeeper and accountant remain responsible for the books and for filings.
5. Data
The client owns its data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy at https://coastalai.io/privacy and in the client's signed agreement.
6. Connecting and disconnecting QuickBooks
An owner connects QuickBooks from the Settings page and can disconnect it there at any time, or from inside QuickBooks. Disconnecting stops all reading immediately.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; anything that changes what the client signed for is agreed with the client first.
8. Limits
Except as the client's signed agreement says otherwise, the website is provided as is, and Coastal AI's total responsibility is limited as set out in that agreement.
9. Ending use
Access ends when the client's service ends or when the client removes a user. Sections 4, 5 and 8 continue to apply.
